If bonus abuse is detected — including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent the system — all associated accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

All games on 995BT are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring every outcome is completely random and unbiased. The following rules apply during gameplay:

• Using any third-party software or bots to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches for abnormal winnings is strictly prohibited.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server issue or disconnection, the game state will be saved in the log.
• 995BT reserves the right to correct odds issued as a result of administrative errors in Sports Betting.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity or personal information.
• Bonus abuse or system exploitation.
• Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or other forms of cyber attack.
• Depositing illicit funds or engaging in money laundering.
• Harassing or intimidating other players or staff.
• Spreading false information against the platform.

995BT reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms & Conditions violations.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• In cases of prolonged inactivity (12 months or more).
• At the player's own request.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance may be withdrawn prior to closure; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
